Safer in The Home provides funding for basic security upgrades to low to medium risk range.

This form is to be completed by referrers only.

If you are not a referrer or need more information, contact us at 1300 694 167 (9.00am to 5.00pm AEST Monday to Friday – closed public holidays).

For housing support (including emergency accommodation), material aid, and ongoing case management call:

A referrer includes specialist domestic family services, police and support workers.

The applicant details are to be provided by the referrer.
